Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

- UPS 3 Day Select
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air
Some products are eligible for ground shipping only and cannot be shipped by air. This may include aerosols, fragrances, certain liquids, or other products subject to carrier limitations. Products marked “Ground shipping only” may not qualify for expedited or air-based shipping methods.
If your order contains a ground-only product, available shipping options may be limited at checkout.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on eligible orders over $59 and under 3.5 lbs. Qualifying orders ship via Standard Delivery.

The sender name and shipping label are neutral and non-descriptive, ensuring that the contents of your order remain completely confidential. Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and shipment.
Orders placed with express shipping are prioritized and will ship the same day if submitted before 1:00 PM PST / 4:00 PM EST.
We do not guarantee weekend delivery. When estimating delivery times, please consider business days (Monday–Friday) only.

Backorders
If an item is placed on backorder, you will be notified by email.
Backordered items are shipped as soon as they become available, at no additional shipping cost.
