Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may be canceled or modified prior to fulfillment. Once a shipping label has been created, changes are no longer possible.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Express orders are prioritized.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact Customer Care as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will update it. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.
