Order Processing

When your order is placed processing starts immediately. Please double check your order before the checkout. All online orders are automatically placed. To avoid duplicates while placing your order, please do not click "Confirm Your Order" more than once. Also, do not press "Back" or "Refresh" buttons while order processing is occurring. 
If you're uncertain whether your order has been placed, please contact our Customer Service.

We do our best to process all orders within 2-4 business days. In some rare cases it may take longer.

'Where is my order?' or Status Tracking

Please always check the status of your order by logging into your Account. Anti-spam filters may block our automatic emails regarding your updated order status.

Pending - order is on hold, payment not accepted
Processing - order confirmed, payment accepted
Filled - order dispatched, awaiting for tracking information
Shipped - entire order or certain item(s) shipped out, tracking number obtained
Backordered - entire order or some item(s) is on backorder
Cancelled, refund processing - order cancelled by the customer, merchandise amount will be refunded within 48 hrs
Refunded - your account has been refunded for the applicable amount

Backorders & Out of stock items

Some items may go out of stock before they are shipped. These items are backordered and will be shipped to you free of charge as soon as they are back in stock. Average waiting time for backordered items is 1-4 weeks. If you prefer a refund, please contact our Customer Service.

Cancellation

Our ordering process is streamlined, so your order will be sent to processing (and then shipping) immediately. 
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please, order carefully!

Returns

If you receive a defective product we will gladly replace it within 30 days of sale. Please contact our Customer Service to obtain approval for your return. To ensure the safety and health of our customers we do not accept returns on any non-defective items. Once items leave our warehouse, we consider them to be used and non-resalable.
