Billing

Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. Transactions will appear on your credit card statement as "EXCITINGTOYS".

Once your order is placed processing starts immediately. Please double check your order before you checkout. All online orders are automatically placed. To avoid duplicates while placing your order, please do not click "Confirm Your Order" more than once. Also, do not press "Back" or "Refresh" buttons while order processing is occurring. If you're uncertain whether your order has been placed, please contact our Customer Service.

Shipping

All ExcitingToys.com orders are delivered in plain unmarked brown boxes to preserve your privacy.

ExcitingToys.com ships all orders via UPS and USPS. All items purchased at ExcitingToys.com will be shipped in accordance with a carrier's shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and the title to such items is going to be passed to a purchaser upon our delivery to a carrier.

Shipping rates are based on product weight and shipping address. To estimated shipping cost please go to Shopping Bag page and provide your shipping information.

As soon as your order ships you'll get a Shipping Confirmation with a tracking number, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to update.
Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time. Also, delivery times may be affected by delivery errors that are out of our control, especially if your address is incorrect or incomplete. 

Canadian deliveries: we aim to deliver your order to you, to the delivery address you have requested, within the time period set out by a carrier but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and times.

Super Saver Shipping Service / Free U.S. Shipping

We are happy to offer our clients the economical Super Saver shipping service. All orders over $59 are shipped for FREE! Orders shipped using the Super Saver service are delivered either by UPS or USPS and they have lower shipping priority.

Limitations:

  • Super Saver service is available for U.S. orders only
  • Super Saver service is not available for extra heavy orders (total weight greater than 15lb)

Backorders / Out of stock items

Rarely some items may go out of stock before that are shipped. These items are backordered and will be shipped to you free of charge as soon as they are back in stock. Average waiting time for backordered items is 1-4 weeks. If you prefer a refund, please, send us an email.
